• Local Deliveries: We offer delivery services within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• National Shipping: For orders outside Nairobi, we offer delivery to major towns and cities across Kenya. Please contact us to confirm if we deliver to your specific location.

2. Delivery Time:

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before evening within Nairobi. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.
• Next-Day Delivery: For areas outside Nairobi, delivery will typically take 1-2 business days, depending on the location.
• Bulk Orders: Bulk and corporate orders may require additional processing time. We will communicate an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping Fees:

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for all orders within Nairobi and nationwide. There are no additional shipping fees for any order.
• National Deliveries: Shipping fees for national deliveries will vary depending on the distance and order size. Please contact us for a specific quote.

4. Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (if applicable) to follow the progress of your delivery.

5. Order Handling & Packaging:

• All meat products are handled with care and packed in insulated, food-safe packaging to ensure freshness and quality upon delivery.
• For large orders, specialized vehicles with refrigeration may be used to maintain product integrity during transportation.

6. Delivery Conditions:

• Availability: Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, the delivery may be rescheduled, and additional fees could apply.
• Missed Deliveries: If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect information or lack of recipient availability, a redelivery fee may be charged.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations:

• Changes to your order (address, items, etc.) must be made before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, modifications are not possible.
• Cancellations should be done at least one hour before the scheduled delivery time to avoid cancellation fees.

8. International Shipping:

• Currently, Kiamaiko Meats does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Kenya.

9. Delivery Issues:

• If there are any issues with your delivery (delays, damaged goods, etc.), please contact our customer service team within one hour of receipt to resolve the issue.
